1 (5 ounce) can tuna packed in water, drained
1 egg
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill, or to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill, or to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Stir tuna, egg, celery, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, walnuts, parsley, and dill together in a bowl
Form mixture into two patties
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
Cook patties in hot butter until firm and golden
flip and top each patty with Cheddar cheese
Continue cooking until second side is golden brown.
