Frito No Bean Chili Pie

Frito Pie is a favorite around here, but we like Homemade No Bean Chili with ours, add your favorite toppings and Enjoy!! Good Food Made with Love

What you Need:
First for My Homemade No Bean Chili(this will be thick)
1 1/2 pounds Ground beef, chicken or Turkey
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 Chopped onion
1 Bunch sliced green onions
a little salt and some pepper


For Pie
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2% fat kind)
3 1/2 cups corn chips (Fritos)
1 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
How to make it: Brown your meat with onions till cooked through, then add water and tomatoes and sauce stir to mix through Then add your spices and cook till thick and bubbly, You can make this a day...
