Cool and creamy pie filling loaded with fresh blueberries, in a graham cracker crust.

For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
For the filling:
6 ounces fresh blueberries
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
