For the crust
36 vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup butter, melted
For the cheesecake
2 (8 oz.) packaged cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
