The perfect cool treat on a warm day! This is the perfect dessert for any meal.

For the Crust-
2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Butter – Softened to room Temperature
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (I like to use pecans)
For the Middle-
16 oz. tub Cool Whip
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Topping-
24 oz. tub Sweetened Frozen Strawberries OR – 3-4 cups Fresh Strawberries, sweetened

4 eggs
1 c Bisquick
1 c whole milk
.25 c sour cream
1 c grated Swiss cheese
3 green onions
1/2 red bell pepper
