This delicious sweet bread is filled with lots of delicious fruits and nuts.

1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup pineapple guava (peeled and mashed)
1/2 cup pear compote (see recipe below) or cinnamon applesauce
1/3 cup white sugar
1/8 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 2 small loaf pans.
