A quick & easy delicious healthy snack!

1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 c. NEW Amaz!n™ Diced Prunes
1 c. shelled pistachio nuts
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut, shredded
1/4 c. tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. honey
In a large bowl, stir together all dry ingredients (everything but the honey). Add honey and mix until evenly combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to shape it...
