Full of Fruit Smoothie

Your kids will love this smoothie! My son rarely eats smoothies but he gobbled this one up!! The proof is in the picture below ;)

1/2 cup frozen red raspberries
1 mango sliced
1 banana sliced
1 kiwi sliced
1/2 cup Greek non fat yogurt plain
1/2 cup fat free milk
2 tbsp cool whip fat free
1 tbsp flax seed milled
1 tsp honey
Dump all ingredients into blender and blend until well mixed. Serve with cool whip on top if desired.
