Funfetti Cake Batter White Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

A funfetti cookie cake made with a cake mix, filled with white chocolate chips and topped with delicious icing!

3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 box funfetti dry cake mix
2 tsp cornstarch
2-3 tsp sprinkles
