Super easy and quick cheesy garlic bread.

1- 14 ounce loaf of French or Italian Bread
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
black pepper, to taste

1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley
