Garlic, Coriander and Parmesan Flatbread

This flatbread combines the classic flavours of butter, garlic and Parmesan. Enjoy it with salsa, soup, or as an accompaniment to an antipasti platter.

2¼ cups bread flour
1 sachet fast action yeast (1½ teaspoons)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
6½ ounces / 200ml tepid water (1 part boiling, 2 parts cold)
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons coriander leaves
3 tablespoons butter, melted
¼ cup Parmesan, shredded
