4 tomatoes
1-2 cucumbers
2 cloves of garlic
small onion
parsley
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
apple cider vinegar
Tomatoes and cucumbers are peeled and cut into small cubes. Pour into bowl and add to it finely chopped onion and parsley, crushed garlic, salt, olive oil and vinegar. Stir and serve.
