For 1.5 L of gazpacho
- 2 big melons
- 1 branch of fresh mint
- 2 big melons
- 1 branch of fresh mint
1st step:
Prepare your melon. Cut it into two, and then cut each part in 6. Using a soup spoon, remove the pulp and the seeds of each district of melon.
