For 1.5 L of gazpacho
- 2 big melons
- 1 branch of fresh mint
1st step: Prepare your melon. Cut it into two, and then cut each part in 6. Using a soup spoon, remove the pulp and the seeds of each district of melon. Using a small knife, espouse-the shape of the melon between the skin and the flesh in order to remove all the skin in retaining the more flesh as possible. Then cut all these neighborhoods in the coarse. 2nd step: Wash and fan the fresh mint. Have your of the melon and mint tea in a blender or a blender, and blend until obtaining a smooth consistency. Finalization: Book one hour in the fridge before enjoy ... fresh!
