14 small red potatoes (scrubbed)

3 slices of bacon

2 large eggs (hardboiled)

1/4 small onion (minced)
2 large cloves of garlic (pressed or minced)
4-5 large fresh sage leaves (finely chopped)
2 springs fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
3-4 fresh basil leaves (finely chopped)
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
