Yummy and light salad for lunch get together or for a party.

1 head iceberg lettuce
1 bunch of romaine lettuce
1 medium yellow bell pepper- chopped/diced
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cup feta cheese
1 1/2 cup walnuts
4 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
Dressing:
1 .7 oz Good season italian dry packet dressing
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 bunch of romaine lettuce
1 medium yellow bell pepper- chopped/diced
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cup feta cheese
1 1/2 cup walnuts
4 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
Dressing:
1 .7 oz Good season italian dry packet dressing
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
In skillet melt butter, then add walnuts. Toast for a few minutes then sprinkle in sugar until melts and gets syrupy. Coat walnuts well then spread on foil to cool.
Mix remaining ingredients together. Add walnuts. Add dressing right before serving and enjoy.
