Moist, tender muffins with a hint of cinnamon filled with lovely pieces of ripe pears and chopped crystallized ginger.

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 pears, cored and diced
2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, coarsely chopped
