Gingerbread Cheesecake Balls. A perfect and super easy dessert for Christmas entertaining

250g cream cheese, softened
50g unsalted butter, softened
75g white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2 Tablespoons icing (confectioners) sugar, sifted
½ cup gingerbread biscuit crumbs
