Gingerbread Spice Hot Tea or Coffee Creamer Recipe

I love the tastes and smells of the season. I also love cuddling up with a warm beverage on a cold night. This project satisfies all of those loves. It's also economical to make and it's also a great gift item. One batch of creamer can be divided into multiple smaller containers and decorated with ribbon and a tag

2 cups of powdered creamer (dairy or non dairy. Your choice)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup packed brown sugar. (Dark preferred but light can be used)
put all your ingredients into a large resealable container. Mix thoroughly with a fork to break any clumps. To use, add one rounded teaspoon to hot coffee or tea and stir.
