2 1/4 tsp. Instant Active Yeast

2.8 oz Tapioca Flour
4.1 oz Almond Flour
2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ground Clove
1 teaspoon Salt
2.6 oz Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
