2 ounces Pearl Vodka (Black Pearl or Vanilla Bean)
2 ounces White Chocolate Liqueur
splash (or about 1/2 ounce) Hazelnut Liqueur (like Frangelico)
1 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
3 ounces (1 shot) heavy cream or whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if not using the Pearl Vanilla Bean), optional
1. Add all of the ingredients along with ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine. 2. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon (just a smidgen) 3. Enjoy!

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
