A cool, creamy dip with tangy blue cheese!

Gorgonzola Dip

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola or blue cheese of your choice
1 teaspoons dried dill
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Seaon to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables, bread cubes or...
