Grandma’s pork chops are cooked to fork-tender perfection. Smothered with a simple gravy, these slow cooker pork chops are one of my grandma’s best recipes.

3 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup all-purpose flour

1½ teaspoons dry mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 cans cream of chicken soup
