Grass Jelly with Latté Sauce
Grass Jelly has a special flavor. Some people use it in bubble tea. But I used it with coffee. Great too.
2
8 oz grass jelly
¼ cup milk
¼ cup iced espresso
2 tablespoon maple syrup or more
¼ cup milk
¼ cup iced espresso
2 tablespoon maple syrup or more
Mix milk, iced espresso and maple syrup.
Prepare two shallow plates.
Cut grass jelly into cubes or your favorite shape.
Put the jelly pieces in the plates, and pour the latté sauce over them.
Serve with two spoons
You can make this with any kind of jelly you like. And instead of using the latté as sauce, make more of it and mix it with the jelly, half and half. Serve in a cup
