Greek Lamb Sliders

I am a true fan of lamb and especially in burger form. These little sliders are a great appetizer or work for a meal. This tzatziki sauce makes these the best lamb burgers. We served these with our baked sweet potato fries with chipotle mayonnaise dip.

For Sauce:
½ cucumber, diced
½ c plain yogurt
2 t fresh lemon juice
2 t chopped fresh mint
1 small garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
For Lamb Burgers
1½ lbs minced lamb
1 red onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 t dried oregano
½ t ground chipotle pepper
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of pita bread or 16 slider burger buns
½ a cucumber sliced
2 tomatoes
1 red onion sliced
1 c crumbled feta cheese
