ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium cucumber
3 scallions, cut into 1 cm
250 g cheese, diced 2 cm
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
How to make: 1. Each tomato is cut 8. Pepper square cut 2 cm. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, seeded and sliced ??1 cm. 2. Mix the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, scallions, cheese in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Serve immediately
