Greek Salad My Way

I\\\'m not a fan of olives but I love Greek salad. Try this alternative.

1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
I cup chopped cucumber
I cup chick peas
I cup chopped avocado
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup dried parsley
½ cup cilantro
½ cup feta cheese(optional)
Dressing
½ cup olive oil
¼ fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp. fresh basil
1.In a blender mix all dressing ingredients. Pour over the rest of ingredients and mix. Add feta cheese.
