Greek Yogurt Cream

Delicious, flavored, healthy and especially easy to prepare

400 g Greek yogurt
10 g Arugula
5 g paprika
50 g Cucumber
20 g salted and peeled sunflower seeds
2 pcs cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Sea salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
2 pcs mint leaves
1. Tear arugula with your hands. Cut fresh cucumber cubes, as well as cherry tomatoes and fine chopped garlic. 2. Mix all the ingredients with hot paprika, salt and pepper (to taste). It is advisable to mix the seasoned ingredients before incorporating yogurt to be sure they take the hotness of paprika and salt homogeneous. 3. Then mix all the ingredients with yogurt and serve the cream in cups. Garnish with mint leaves, seeds, some paprika and pepper. You can also put mint inside the cream. Enjoy!
