0.5 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 lettuce
'80 arugula
Cleaning, washing and fresh green salad and arugula. Wash and chop the tomatoes and half a cucumber. Put the vegetables in a large bowl, add the olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste. Stir gently and serve.
