Grilled Banana and Apple Fluffernutter

This is my childhood favorite sandwich that I still have a love for….a delicious mashup of marshmallow fluff, apples, bananas and peanut butter, all grilled into a melty gooey “mess” of a sandwich.

1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and sliced (half apple for each sandwich)
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 banana, sliced (half banana for each sandwich)
4 slices sourdough bread
