Grilled Lemon Dill Salmon has to be one of my favorite ways to have salmon. Light and refreshing, this makes for a quick healthy meal. I like using the grilling board to help enhance the flavor of the fish. They are pretty simple to use. Most you just soak in water and place on the grill. You only get one use out of one, but it is so worth it. I love serving Grilled Lemon Dill Salmon with a light salad or grilled vegetables.

1 filet of salmon (can be pieces as well, but I prefer grilling mine whole.. about 2 lbs)
2 lemons sliced
3 T fresh dill
sea salt to taste
