Grilled Polenta Bites

This fun appetizer is perfect for any gathering.

1 (17 oz) container your favorite flavor of Pacific Foods Polenta
1 cup cooked shredded pork (I like to use roast leftovers)
3/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1/4 cup total sweet red and green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely diced
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
salt and pepper
