Easy, light and delicious fried rice perfect for meal prepping.

Ingredients:
•1 lb. ground beef or turkey
•2 tbsp. vegetable oil
•2 eggs
•4 cups of cooked white rice or brown
•1 tbsp. vegetable oil
•2 cloves garlic, chopped
•1 medium onion, chopped
•1 cup frozen corn
•1 cup frozen green peas
•2 tbsp. soy sauce
•salt and pepper to taste
