A delicious and flavorful burger.

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1-8ounce can pineapple rings, drained, juice reserved
4 slices Swiss cheese
thick teriyaki sauce
light mayonnaise
4 hamburger buns
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
