Healthier Beef Stroganoff

A healthier version of beef stroganoff

1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped celery
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 pound noodles
Cook noodles according to package directions. Brown the ground beef and then drain. Add the celery until soft. Then add the soup and yogurt and combined. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
