Healthier Brownie in a Mug

This is a single serving healthier brownie for when you need a little something sweet.

2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of baking powder
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. greek yogurt
In a microwave safe bowl or coffee mug, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder. Add in the yogurt and vanilla and stir until smooth. Microwave for about 1 minute. Depending on how you like your brownie, you can microwave it for a longer or shorter time.
