1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp butter or coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
