These are healthy and delicious! The filling is bursting with flavour and you won't have any guilt after a fabulously filling dinner.

1 lb ground turkey
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup onion, roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1-inch piece of ginger, shredded
1 can water chestnuts, roughly chopped
5 tablespoons hoisin sauce
