Healthy Banana Oat Muffins made with all natural ingredients and no added butter or oil.

1 large egg
2/3 cup brown sugar, not packed
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 heaping Tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed bananas
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
