Burger:
1 lb bison
2 oz mushrooms
4 pretzel buns
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Fixings:
1 small head of butter lettuce
1 tomato
1/2 onion
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
