Healthy Cashew Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

A healthy twist on the traditional chicken salad. Ditch the bread, throw it in a lettuce wrap and you've got a tasty low-carb low-calorie meal!

2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked
1 c. green grapes, halved
1/2 c. cashews, roughly chopped
1/4 c. craisins
1/2 c. plain greek yogurt
1 tsp. Nature's Seasoning
1 head lettuce of choice (I used butter leaf lettuce)
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients except the lettuce. Mix well to combine. Divide evenly between six lettuce leaves. Serve immediately or refrigerate until read to eat.
