1 oz cucumber round slices
1/2 oz red onion slices
1 oz mango
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh cilantro as garnish
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
