My First original recipe. Finally tastes like a regular cookie! Maybe use less stevia next time. Anyway hope you enjoy!

2/3 cup coconut oil, 5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon Splenda brown sugar blend, 1/4 cup stevia in the raw baking blend, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 egg, 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Whisk coconut oil, brown sugar blend, stevia and vanilla together in a medium mixing bowl with a whisk. Mix until well blended and creamy. Add eggs, mixing well. Scrape sides of the bowl. Add flour and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. 3. Using hands, mold dough into small round spheres and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes. (It took 10 in my oven, they should be golden brown and crispy around the sides) Remove from oven and cool for 10-15 minutes, depending on how long you can wait.
