Healthy Pumpkin Blueberry Pancakes with Maple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt

Pumpkin has a short season, so take advantage of it and make these pancakes ASAP! They are so delicious and a nice treat to have on a fall morning.

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
