Homemade Bagel Chips

So we’ve all been there, bought bagels but didn’t get them all eaten soon enough. You reach into the bag & they are starting to become brick-like, not good for the dental work! Perfect solution is to take those semi-hardened bagels and make homemade bagel chips. Yes, you can buy them at the store too, but they are so simple and easy, why not take advantage of those bagels and make some in your own kitchen. First of all you’ll know what’s in these, nothing funky and two, it is a frugal way

1 bagel, sliced into 1/4" slices (I like to half, then quarter and slice each quarter into slices)
2 T olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On parchment lined baking sheet, lay out bagel slices.
Spread each slice with olive oil, using a brush or the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
