3 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
1 Can Evaporated milk
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Chili powder
For the Sauce:
2 Cups Ketchup
1 Tsp. Garlic powder
1 Tsp Liquid Smoke
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3 lbs. Ground Beef

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients. Mix well. (But don\\\'t over mix it. it will result in to a tough meatballs.
