4 cups of white flour
2 cups of wheat flour (you could go all white, or go half white/half wheat- I wanted to add *a little* more whole grain & fiber to my mix)
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Basically just whisk all of this together and then store in an airtight container until you are ready to make a batch of waffles! Easy, peasy. :)
