Delicious homemade calzone where the bread is braided over the top.

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 -3 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup very warm water
pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
additional pizza toppings of your choice
