Whole wheat copycat of your favorite cracker!

11/4 cup whole wheat flour

1-1/2 tbsp. sugar

3/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. water
