Homemade corned beef hash that is a million times better than the stuff in a can!

4 cups diced russet potatoes
1 cup diced yellow onions
3 cups finely chopped cooked corned beef
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
black pepper, to taste
