1 large egg, lightly beaten (save small amount for sealing)
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup very cold water
2 cups flour

Mix egg, flour, salt and cold water to make a dough.
Let dough rest 10 minutes, covered with cloth.
Then knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 16 portions.
Roll each portion into a 6-inch square, the dough should be very thin.
Stack, placing wax paper between the squares; keep cover to prevent them drying out.
Fill each square with favorite filling.
Seal edges by brushing with saved egg along edges.
Fry at 350 degree until golden brown.
